Evening organised by Armange Opus Stratégie (AOS), SASU with a share capital of €1,111, whose registered office is at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 100 345 362, EU VAT number FR90100345362, represented by its president, Laetitia Armange. Venue: a partner venue chosen by AOS for each event. The exact venue is shown on the event page at the time of booking.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the booking of a seat at a sweatworking evening organised by AOS. Events take place in different partner venues, at varying prices, days and times. The exact details (venue, date, price, time) are shown on the event page at the time of booking.

Booking a seat means accepting these terms. The applicable terms are those in force on the date of booking, updated when each new evening opens.

2. Price and payment

The seat price varies with the venue, the date and the format of the evening. The applicable price is the one shown on the event page at the time of booking.

For the evening currently open for booking, a seat costs €30 including all taxes. It includes the class, access to the changing rooms and showers (towels and toiletries provided), the boxing equipment and the drinks (soft drinks and tapas).

Accessories may be offered for rent or purchase depending on the sport and the venue, at prices that vary from one event to another. These extras are added to the seat price and shown at the time of booking.

For the boxing evening currently open, renting a pair of glove liners costs €5 and is added to the payment when booking. A new pair can be bought on site for €11.50.

Payment is made online at the time of booking, through Stripe. The organiser keeps no bank details. The seat is only confirmed once payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent.

3. Seats and waiting list

The evening is limited to 28 people, 14 per changing room. The seat is held for 30 minutes during payment, then released if the payment does not go through.

When a changing room is full, you can join the waiting list. No seat is guaranteed on that basis.

4. Arrival time

Changing rooms open at 6:45 pm. Guests are welcomed until 7:20 pm at the latest: after that, the class has started and entry is no longer possible.

Arriving after that time gives no right to a refund.

5. Cancellation, no-show and transfer

Seats are not refunded, including in case of absence on the night, whatever the reason.

They can however be transferred to another person until Monday 9 November, noon, provided the changing room booked matches. Email bonjour@sweatworking.fr with the first name, last name and email of the person replacing you.

Should the organiser cancel the evening, seats would be refunded in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal. By booking, you acknowledge this.

7. Health and liability

The class is open to all levels, with no sparring and no contact. Each participant remains responsible for their own physical condition and trains at their own pace.

Physical constraints reported at the time of booking are only shared with the coach, so that the exercises can be adapted.

8. Image and sharing

Photographs may be taken during the evening, only if you agreed to it when booking. They are used for Sweatworking communication (website, social media, partner presentations), with no time limit. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to bonjour@sweatworking.fr.

The card you write on the wall may be photographed and sent to the other participants, again only if you agreed to it when booking.

9. Personal data

The personal data collected is used by AOS to organise and follow up on its various formats. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

It is also processed by the technical providers required: payment, email delivery, website and database hosting.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data and to object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to bonjour@sweatworking.fr.

10. Consumer mediation

In case of dispute, first write to bonjour@sweatworking.fr. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator AOS belongs to: [nom du médiateur], [adresse postale], [site internet]. The mediator can be contacted within one year of your written complaint.
